Experienced in Consulting Company or Finance industry, specializing in Operation and IT transformation
Experienced in overall project management (Business requirement, IT and operation implementation) with proven track record and keeping up to date with industry standard practices
Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and derive hypothesis logically
Good communication and interpersonal skill. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at equivalent level and good at constructing good relationship.
Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant.
Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Have technical background or capability is plus point (to bridge communication between technical and business. We are not looking for technical staff)
